WPKNET Inc. (ζ ͺεΌδΌη€Ύγγγ«γγΌγ±γΌγγγ) (the "Company") sets out below how it handles the personal information and data of Users and of the end users of shops that have adopted "DokimiAI" (the "Service"), an AI virtual try-on service for online stores provided by the Company.
1. Most important notice (about camera footage)
The camera footage used by the try-on feature of the Service is processed only on the end user's device (in the browser) and is never sent to or stored on the Company's servers. Face-position detection and accessory compositing are completed entirely on the device. A captured image is generated on that device only when the end user themselves performs a "Save" or "Share" action.
2. Information we collect
In providing the Service, the Company may collect the following information.
- Account and contract information: the contact name, email address, and plan subscription status of the adopting shop.
- Operating domain information: the domain of the site where the Service is installed (obtained when the Plugin is activated or the snippet is placed; to authenticate the license and plan and to prevent unauthorized use).
- Usage data: anonymous, aggregated statistics on the number of times the try-on feature is used and on operation events (face detection, color/size switching, sharing, etc.). This does not include personally identifying information or camera footage.
- Inquiry information: the name, contact details, and content you provide when making an inquiry.
- Payment information: credit card information is obtained and managed directly by the payment processor (Stripe); the Company does not retain card numbers or the like.
- Download logs: when the plugin (ZIP) is downloaded we record the IP address, browser information (User-Agent), referring URL (referrer) and language. These are used to understand distribution and to prevent abuse, not to identify individuals.
3. Purposes of use
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- To authenticate plans and licenses and to prevent unauthorized use
- To respond to inquiries and provide support
- To bill and process payment of fees
- To send important notices regarding the Service
4. Provision to third parties
Except as required by law, the Company does not provide personal information to third parties without the individual's consent. Within the scope necessary to provide the Service, the Company uses the following external services.
- Stripe (payments): for processing payment of fees.
- Cloudflare (delivery / infrastructure): for delivering the Service and distributing the Plugin.
- MediaPipe (face-detection library): used for face detection in try-on. Processing is completed on the device.
5. Cookies and access analytics
The Company's website and the Service may use cookies and the like to improve convenience and to understand access status. You can disable cookies through your browser settings, but some features may then become unavailable.
6. Security management
The Company takes necessary and appropriate measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of the information it collects and otherwise to manage its security.
7. Requests for disclosure, correction, or deletion
If you wish to have your own personal information disclosed, corrected, suspended from use, or deleted, please contact the desk below. After verifying your identity, we will respond in accordance with the law.
8. Changes to this Policy
The Company may change this Policy as necessary. The changed content takes effect from the time it is posted on this page.
