It is the maximum number of products you can enable try-on for. You can turn on try-on for up to this many products.

Anytime from "Billing" in the DokimiAI console (console.dokimiai.io), or from the "Manage subscription" button in the DokimiAI settings of your WordPress dashboard (both open the Stripe billing management page). After canceling, you can keep using it until the end of the current billing period, and no charges occur after the next renewal date.

Due to the nature of digital services, we generally do not offer prorated refunds or refunds of amounts already paid. If a serious defect on our side prevents us from providing the service, we will handle it individually.

At the start of try-on, the browser asks for camera permission. Once granted, you can try on with the camera feed (footage is processed on-device only).

No. A captured image is generated on your device only when you choose to "Save" or "Share" it yourself.

Yes. It supports mobile browsers such as iOS Safari and Android Chrome.

It runs on WordPress + WooCommerce and PrestaShop, and on any online store where you can paste the code into the product page HTML. Try-on runs in the shopper's browser, so there are no special server-side requirements.

No. Use https:// URLs. On HTTPS stores, http:// images are blocked by the browser and won't display. Adding via "Add image" sets https automatically.

Yes — it's live on the Shopify App Store (apps.shopify.com/dokimiai). Add the "DokimiAI Try-On" block from the theme editor; no theme-code editing required. It works on ANY product with zero configuration and no SKU registration, and the free plan works immediately after install.

On WooCommerce and PrestaShop, no: just upload and activate the plugin/module, then turn on try-on per product. On any other site you paste one snippet, issued by the console, into the product page. See the setup guide for the steps.

The WooCommerce edition works with standard themes and adds a "Try On" button to the product page. With the snippet edition, the button appears wherever you paste the code.
